Continue your education by enrolling in our 32-Hour Gentle Somatic Yoga and Wellness® Level 2 Course*. This Course is similar in format to the Level 1 Course but it expands your toolkit for self-care by adding an additional 28 Somatic Movement Flows®. The theme for this Course is learning how to integrate and strengthen our Energy and Emotional Bodies (as experienced and expressed in the human aura). You will be introduced to Bioenergetic techniques as well as self-pandiculation. There is also a stronger influence of pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation in this Course so that practitioners can continue to build upon fine-tuning internal awareness for deeper states of profound healing for self and others.
*Prerequisite: Certificate of Completion from the 32-Hour Gentle Somatic Yoga and Wellness® Level 1 Course. This can be accomplished from taking it in-person or online.
Additionally, the Add-on Certification Option provides a credential to yoga teachers, yoga therapists, bodyworkers, dance teachers, movement educators and other healthcare professionals who would like to expand their scope of practice and add to their skillset.
